Design effective e-learning that achieves lasting performance change. Create experiences that not only engage participants but also evaluate whether they are actually learning. Establish and apply general development guidelines and time requirements for designing a successful e-learning event. Create e-learning designs using the CCAF (Context, Challenge, Activity and Feedback) Model to maximize retention and behavioral transfer. Adapt design strategies for different types of content.
